Your data stays yours
FlowEngine is built so customer workspace data is isolated per account, stored in the EU (Azure North Europe), and never used to train models. You can delete your flows, run history, or your entire account at any time — deletion removes the records from our storage.
- Account isolation. Flows and runs are scoped to your signed-in user. Other customers cannot read or delete your workspace data through the product API.
- EU residency. Application and table storage for this product run in Azure North Europe.
- No model training on your data. FlowEngine does not send your workflow content to language-model providers for training. Today the product does not call an LLM with your workspace data at all.
- Deletion. When you delete a flow, that flow and its runs are hard-deleted from storage. You can also delete individual runs, clear run history, or permanently delete your account (user, flows, runs, and OTP records) from the signed-in workspace.
